Everything is Energy…
Chakra is the Sanskrit word meaning “wheel” or “turning”. Chakras are energy vortices that can be found supporting the human physical vessel. It has been my personal understanding from working with these vortices, and the teachings from spirit, that these energy centers support physical life from the non-physical or spiritual realms into the physical. These vortices when off balance, or not metabolizing fully, can create distortions in our reality. When a Chakra has been “out of balance” for some time it can and does lead to physical disease. All disease begins as an energetic imbalance which stem from something within your internal landscape needing attention. When we begin to work and honor these naturally organic systems within the body we truly begin to master our health and well being as well as evolve into higher consciousness.

Chakra 1 and 7 are the two chakras with only one aspect. Chakras 2-6 have two aspects to them. A front and back. The Third Chakra reflects and metabolizes the life energies of self worth, self-esteem, confidence and personal power. When we experience “imbalances” in these realms, it is our Soul’s wisdom calling forth a time of growth. Instead of seeing these as imbalances see these as opportunities for transformation, for every physical plane imbalance, there is an aspect of our Soul ready to bring forth the wisdom, love and transformation. It is the exercising of our free will that calls this into being. It’s all yours for the asking!

Self worth and the Third Chakra
The third Chakra metabolizes the energies of Self Worth and Self Esteem. Just as we begin to experience duality in the 2nd chakra, the Third chakra allows us to begin to see and operate from a place of understanding the collective and the individual and be able to choose which to serve at any given moment. The Third Chakra is activated when we begin to come into our own, usually in adolescence through early adulthood. It is through the learning of who we are and who we are not that the third chakra begins to glean a sense of our true self.

Spiritual Evolution and the Third Chakra
As we grow and incarnate more of our Souls’ energies into our day to day reality we often bring the Soul’s frequencies into our core through the third chakra. When we are born we incarnate into the physical. Some of us continue to incarnate more and more of our Soul’s energies into our lives as we live. You can spot these people. They are the ones who have multiple carriers and many different life experiences, families, adventures. The third chakra is our access to our power on the physical realm. Often powerful life coaches, like Tony Robbins, are well developed in the third chakra center. A well developed rear third chakra often denotes healer-ship.

Third Chakra and Self- Love
The third chakra is also a center in which we develop self-love which is a necessary component on the path to Enlightenment. As we find and express our personal power in healthy ways, we are creating the environment for self-love, this is a powerful pathway into the Soul and Higher Wisdom.

Pancreas, Diabetes and the Third Chakra…
Diabetes is an epidemic in our world now. The Pancreas, which is responsible for regulating the glucose and insulin in the blood as well as controlling the metabolism of carbohydrates, is greatly affected by the energies of the Third Chakra. The more we can develop a greater sense of self, the more we are able to experience joy. The pancreas is all about JOY on the spiritual level. So directly healing and developing the energies of the third chakra can help bring about healing of diabetes and other blood sugar issues.
