Dynamic Awareness, Resolution and Transformation (DART)                                                                                                           

A powerful and fun process consisting of individuals “standing for” and “interacting with each other” from predetermined energies. Working under a consciously crafted intention statement, archetypal energies are chosen by the Facilitator and/or the group and assigned to individuals participating in the process. Energies can include those components such as departments, projects and customers as well as energies such as mission, purpose and perspective.

Through this exploration, previously unknown energies and their relationships to each other are discovered and answers, resolution and transformation can occur around previously known and unknown issues that could be plaguing individuals, departments and entire organizations.

Defining, Initiating and Implementing Conscious Corporate Culture

Organizational employees thrive when they are in alignment with the culture of a healthy organization.  Frequently that culture or “lifestyle” within the corporation has been created and exists with little or no consciousness. The social, spiritual and bio-dynamic structure(s) of an organization, through which individuals relate to each other, can be created consciously and can function as a container in which your organization and the individuals within that organization can thrive. Creating conscious corporate culture is something that I have experience in. I’d love to discuss ways in which we can work together to create a culture that not only up-lifts but also creates a world of high functioning, high producing individuals who are happy, healthy and committed to the organization. Championing the Cause

Organizational Leaders and Leadership Teams don’t always have an individual championing their cause. While they’re doing that for everyone else within their organization, they can be the ones most in need of allowing themselves to receive that kind of support. It can’t be over emphasized how important it is to provide your executive leaders with the support of someone from outside the organization to be their champion.

Organizational Healing

By engaging your organization as a living, breathing entity, corporate energy is scanned to see where healing and wholeness needs to occur, identifying areas of stagnancy and bringing flow, healing and wholeness to those areas. Individuals within the organization can be coached in this practice, as well. These sessions can be done in person or long distance.

Team coaching sessions support individuals, departments and entire organizations by creating, integrating and implementing dynamic team models. The Bell Technique TM is brought to each session to provide what is called for to coach teams within your organization to powerfully and gracefully work together, and from the authentic Self energy, to accomplish their goals within the organization. These sessions can be done in person or long distance.
