Everything is Energy…
Chakra is the Sanskrit word meaning “wheel” or “turning”. Chakras are energy vortices that can be found supporting the human physical vessel. It has been my personal understanding from working with these vortices, and the teachings from spirit, that these energy centers support physical life from the non-physical or spiritual realms into the physical. These vortices when off balance, or not metabolizing fully, can create distortions in our reality. When a Chakra has been “out of balance” for some time it can and does lead to physical disease. All disease begins as an energetic imbalance which stem from something within your internal landscape needing attention. When we begin to work and honor these natural, organic systems within the body we truly begin to master our health and well being as well as evolve into higher consciousness.

Chakra 1 and 7 are the two chakras with only one aspect. Chakras 2-6 have two aspects to them. A front and back. The Third Chakra reflects and metabolizes the life energies of self worth, self-esteem, confidence and personal power. When we experience “imbalances” in these realms, it is our Soul’s wisdom calling forth a time of growth. Instead of seeing these as imbalances see these as opportunities for transformation, for every physical plane imbalance, there is an aspect of our Soul ready to bring forth the wisdom, love and transformation. It is the exercising of our free will that calls this into being. It’s all yours for the asking!

LOVE AND THE 4TH CHAKRA
The 4th Chakra is the first of the spiritual chakras, meaning the 3 lower chakras’ job is to support physical life. As we ascend in order, Chakra 4, 5, 6 and 7 are what we refer to as the spiritual chakras. The 4th Chakra is all about the Heart. We are all familiar with the Physical Heart, but ask yourself, how familiar are you with the Essential Heart? The Essential Heart is a multi-dimensional aspect of our emotional heart, the truth teller. The Essential Heart is connected to our deeper truth. Your head will lie to you often, however the essential heart will always tell you the truth. The greater truth… for the greater good, this is where Soul consciousness and the Human intersect in powerful ways. Spiritual Evolution and the Fourth Chakra
Our Heart knows our path. The Heart is connected to the Soul’s energy and thus has the direction of the Souls’ desire within it and makes it available for us to listen to. When we come into conflict with the head, or perhaps what we call reality or the real world, if we go into our hearts and meditate upon the issue at hand and allow love to enter into the equation, we are more readily able to transmute that which is not real into a real experience that allows the evolution of the Soul, hence our journey towards the illumination of the Divine Soul and Self Realization.

Questions to probe the depths of the 4 Chakra
Do you feel love for life?
Do you feel and experience love for self?
What do you really, truly love?
Can you forgive those who’ve hurt you in the past?

Balance and the 4th chakra
When we reach for the higher spiritual aspects of who we are, it is important to have a strong foundation in which to stand upon. We can only reach and maintain higher states of consciousness when all is in balance. We can and do find this balance in the Heart Chakra.
After all, the heart chakra is the “bridge”, between the lower and higher chakras.
You might want to ask yourself these questions to look for where you can improve balance in your life.
Do my Spiritual pursuits keep me from staying grounded in the physical world?
Do I bring my spiritual side into my day to day life?
Do I consider myself to be a human being sometimes having a spiritual experience or a spiritual being having a human experience?

Alchemy and the Heart Chakra
Our Heart is also the Alchemist Chamber within, this is where we are able to transform non- love into love. Everything and anything that appears not of Love can be transformed within the Sacred Chamber of the Heart Space. Find something within you that perhaps is a projection out into the world, something you’d like to change, bring it into the Heart Space and then begin to love it. Love it till it is only LOVE.
